The Russian-American Digital Library Workshop of April 1998 ended with a discussion between the American delegation and the steering group of the workshop. Vicky Reich prepared and distributed notes on 5/17 as a Word file. That file was edited by Ed Fox and sent back on 5/19 as another file in revision mode, so the changes could be considered. On 6/7 Judith Klavans requested posting of the files, and that has led to the entries below. Comments and changes are encouraged.
