Document Window Retrieved documents appear in the Document Window. Although the Document Window may be covered by other open windows, WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN always keeps the Document Window open. Unlike other windows, the Document Window cannot be closed without reducing WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN to an icon or exiting Windows Personal Librarian. The Document Window can, however, be expanded or contracted. (See Windows in this Help system) You can scroll up and down within a document using the Vertical Scroll Bar immediately to the right of the Document Window. For example, if you are viewing the top of a document, the Thumbwheel (small transparent box) will be at the top of the Vertical Scroll Bar. Clicking once on any part of the Vertical Scroll Bar below the Thumbwheel will display subsequent screen of the document. While in a document, moving your mouse pointer to the area above the position of the Thumbwheel and clicking will move the document back a page. Clicking on the lower part of the Vertical Scroll Bar will move the document forward a page. When the Thumbwheel moves to the bottom of the Vertical Scroll Bar, Windows Personal Librarian is displaying the last screen of information in the current document. (See Thumbwheel in this Help system)
