When you have reduced WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN to
an Icon, the Restore option, which is normally Greyed

Select the Restore option, it will restore the WINDOWS
PERSONAL LIBRARIAN application to your screen.
Instead of using Restore, youmay simply double Click
on Windows 2.0 application Icon to bring the
              application back onscreen.
