Windows	2: Maximizing and Minimizing

In Microsoft Windows 2.0, you can reduce the program to an
icon at the bottom of the screen. This programis still an
active program, continues to be loaded in RAM, and is ready
to run while maintained in this form. Clicking on the Down
Arrow on the top of the active program on the far right of
the Title Bar causes this Minimizing to occur. You may
also select Minimize in the Control Pulldown Menu to
         achieve the same result.

You can Restore the Program to its previous configuration
by clicking TWICE on the icon. For Windows Personal
Librarian, the image is a two-column document.
Alternatively, you can move your mouse pointer to the
Control Pulldown Menu and click on the Restore option.

If you wish to Maximize WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN to fill
the entire screen, either move your mouse pointer to the Up
Arrow on the top, far right of the Title Bar and click, or
click on the Control Pulldown Menu and then click on the
         Maximize option.

In WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN, the default window size
takes the full screen, but is able to be resized; that is,
the program has been configured to take the full screen in
its normal mode. If you Maximize WINDOWS PERSONAL
LIBRARIAN it will take approximately the same screen space,
but will be fixed at the full screen size and not be
sizable until you Restore the original size. To Restore
the program to its original size, click on the Down Arrow
located in the far upper right hand corner of WINDOWS
PERSONAL LIBRARIAN or click on Restore in the Control
         Pulldown Menu.
