If you have any problem or have suggestions please e-mail a message to waters-help@cs.odu.edu; you will receive a reply within 24 hours (for urgent help send your phone number as well).
All messages to waters-help will be routed to the appropriate person within two hours(not counting night hours) and will be automatically logged. The person responsible for the reply sends it directly to the questioner and adds a blind copy to water-replies@cs.odu.edu for automatic logging.
