Scroll Bar	

    There are two scroll bars:  the Vertical Scroll Bar which
    appears to the right of a window and the Horizontal Scroll Bar
    which appears at the bottom of a window.  Each is used
    respectively to scroll up and down or right and left within a
    document displayed in the current Document Window.  The scroll
    bars contain an arrow at either end.  Move your mouse pointer to
    an arrow in the scroll bar and click once on the arrow to move
    up or down one line.  To move lines at a time, PRESS DOWN AND
    HOLD your Select Button on the arrow in the preferred direction. 
    You may also scroll screens at a time and, in non-document
    windows, by larger increments relevant to your repositioning of
    the Thumbwheel (See Scrolling and Thumbwheel in this Help
    system).
