Program Line	

    The top-most line of the Program Window is called theProgram
    Line.  The Program Line includes the name of the program, the
    version number, etc., as well as a Microsoft Windows 2.0 Control
    Pulldown Menu Button on the left-hand side which activates a
    menu of Windows Control Commands.  
         
    On the right hand side, Microsoft Windows 2.0 provides Minimize
    and Maximize Arrows.  Activating the Program causes the
    background to become dark on this line.  When the program is
    inactive in an open window, the background appears transparent.
