Forms Search Many databases have a number of fields. At times you may want to perform field-specific searches, but remembering what fields are available or how to implement such a search is not evident. To assist you in conducting such searches, the Forms Search option is provided to simplify and improve performance. If Forms Search is not your current Search Mode and you are working with a database that allows for switching among alternative Search Modes, click on the Search Pulldown Menu option, move your mouse pointer to the Forms Search option and click. Fill in the desired search variable(s) in the appropriate field rectangle(s) and activate the search by moving your mouse pointer to Forms Window and clicking. You may use Boolean operators (and, or, not, etc.) to define search parameters within a field.
