Fields - Field Labels 	

         Each field is given a Field Label or name.  Each field 
         label normally represents a different category of data,  
         such as title, author, subject matter heading, publisher,
         etc., and are assigned during data preparation. 

         In WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN, fields may be turned on or
         off for document display, for document searching, and for
         listings of database information organized by fields.  To
         turn on or off the display of a field, click on the Fields
         option in the Options Pulldown Menu.
