Edit Pulldown Menu The options on the Edit Pulldown Menu are: Copy Entire Document Copy Tagged Words Clear Include Copy Entire Document Not yet available Copy Tagged Words Copy Tagged Words copies all currently tagged words into the Windows 2.0 Clipboard for pasting into Windows Personal Librarian Text Entry Areas or into other Windows 2.0 compatible applications (see Tagging Words, Include, and Clipboard sections in this Help system). Clear If you Select Clear, you will empty the currently active Text Entry Area (if a Text Entry Area is active). Include The Include option is also located under the Search Window and the Search Assistance Window. You can Include Tagged Words in either the Search Window or the Search Assistance Window Text Entry Areas by moving your mouse pointer to the Include Button and clicking or by Selecting Include on the Edit Pulldown Menu. The Include Dialog Box will then appear in the middle of the screen. This Include option allows you to pull tagged text FROM other windows and move them INTO the Search Pulldown Menu or the Assist Menu Text Entry Areas, whichever is active.
