Dictionary THE WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN has a Dictionary of all the words contained in the database, minus all Stop Words. Stop Words are a list of the commonly used words such as "the". You can search WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN Dictionary by moving your mouse pointer to the Assist Button in the Search Window and clicking. Once the Search Assistance Window is activated, enter a word (words, a letter or letters) into the Search Assistance Window Text Entry Area. After the word (words, letter or letters) is entered, move your mouse pointer to the Dictionary Button and click. The word (words, a letter or letters) in Windows Personal Librarian dictionary will appear onscreen centered among additional words or letter(s). If a word is not found, it is treated as a collection of letters and the dictionary will display a retrieved list of words evenly divided between those most closely corresponding to your entry, both alphabetically before and after your entry. Each word in WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN Dictionary has a number in parentheses appearing to the right of the displayed word. This number represents the number of occurrences of the word in the database. You may use the words in WINDOWS PERSONAL LIBRARIAN dictionary as search terms. To do this, click on a word or words in the Dictionary Window and then use the Include option to copy them into the Search Window Text Entry Area. (See Include in this Help system)
