Search Assistance Window	

    To activate Assist, move your mouse pointer to either Assist
    Option, located in the Search Pulldown Menu, or to the Assist
    Button in the Search Window and click.  The Assist Option,
    located in the Search Pulldown Menu, activates the Search
    Assistance Window.  

    The Search Assistance Window contains the following options:
               
               Thesaurus
               Dictionary
               File
               Clear
               Paste
               Include
               Cancel

         Thesaurus 
              The Thesaurus option is not yet available in WINDOWS
              PERSONAL LIBRARIAN.

          Dictionary
               The Dictionary option allows you to ascertain 
               whether a certain word appears in the current 
               database, and if so, how many times it occurs.  
               (See Dictionary in this Help system)

          File
              The File option allows you to search the contents of
              any Open General file to locate desired information. 
              Enter the desired Search variables in the Text Entry
              Area of the Search Assistance Window, then Select the
              Button displaying the Filename of the file to be
              searched (the window containing this file must be the
              most recently selected window for WINDOWS PERSONAL
              LIBRARIAN to know which file you wish to search (Open
              General allows you to maintain up to three different
              files open in three separate windows).

          Clear
               The Clear Button clears the Search Assistance 
               Window Text Entry Area.

          Paste
               The Paste Button pastes any text that has been
               most recently blocked.  (See Blocks in this Help 
               system)

          Include
               The Include Button moves any tagged words and 
               numbers into the Search Assistance Window Text 
               Entry Area.  (See Include in this Help system)
