Fractal Storage: A more conceptually sophisticated common denominator for information storage that combines attributes of traditional systems and contemporary technologies would be a numeric data structure capable of reducing data (images, text, whole computer programs, etc.) to a fractal equation. The concise formula that describes the data structure could then be stored on archivally stable paper, film, or disks.
