IRList Digest was distributed by moderator E. A. Fox and these
subdirectories represent the archive through the start of 1989 when
the job of moderator was turned over to a group at Univ. of CA at
Berkeley.  Each volume corresponds to a calendar year's activity and
has files for each issue, appropriately numbered and labelled.

These files are not to be sold or used for commercial purposes.
