The files here included are from AIList Digest and are not to
be sold or used for commercial gain.

The AIList Digest files in this directory are divided into volumes.
In the first 5 volumes there are groups of issues to reduce the
number of files.  These cover the years through the end of 1987,
with one volume per year: v1, v2, v3, v4, v5.

In the other 3 directories, v6, v7, v8 there is one issue per file.
Each file has name of form nXYZ where XYZ is a number starting
with 001 and increasing.  These 3 volumes are all for 1988.

In the "v6" directory is the last set of files when Ken Laws was
moderator.  More issues appeared in later volumes in 1990 but AIList
Digest was then disbanded.  There were so many other AI digests around
that it seemed like the original goal had been achieved and that
AIList Digest was no longer necessary.
